Who we are
Deep Shree Developers is the real estate company of Deep Shree Group, a Kathmandu group with businesses in real estate, hospitality and tourism. We are based in Sinamangal-9, Kathmandu.
Since 2019 we have focused on one thing: buying land in growing parts of the valley and developing it into plotted housing areas with proper roads, drainage, electricity, street lights, water supply and shared community space.
Every project is planned to government standards and approved by the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority (KVDA) before we sell. Plots are divided and ready for immediate name transfer, and we help buyers arrange bank finance.
Our leadership
Deepak Khadka
Managing Director
Deepak Khadka has more than 12 years of experience in real estate and land development in Kathmandu. He leads the company’s work from land purchase and government approval through to handing over plots to buyers.
Under his leadership the company has delivered a KVDA-approved plotting in Duwakot, Bhaktapur, and is now offering plots in Bhadrabas, Kathmandu. He believes buyers deserve three things: the right location, proper infrastructure and clean papers.
